The Co-Founder and Executive of General Operations of Neutrix Drone Ops LLC. As an outdoor enthusiast, he truly believes no mountain is too high to climb. Discipline, organization, and communication are Matthew’s 3 keys to being successful. Believing that a handshake is only as strong as your name, his main goal is to build Neutrix on reliability and trust.
Christian Pabon
Co-Founder | Executive of Field Operations
Is Co-Founder of Neutrix Drone Ops LLC and a United States Navy veteran, leading field operations with a commitment to precision, discipline, and excellence. With a leadership background at Lowe’s, he built a reputation for reliability and a strong work ethic. Growing up playing Baseball instilled in him a love for preparation, teamwork, and competition—values that continue to shape how he approaches business today. Together with his business partner, he co-founded Neutrix with a vision to build something meaningful, create lasting value, and continually raise the standard for the work they deliver.
